2. Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds may be subject to deductions for any services already rendered.
3. Non-refundable Charges

Payment gateway fees and any third-party costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Lost Items

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Urban Courierwala will investigate and process compensation as per the terms.
